From First Call to Full Pipeline
Here's exactly what happens when you work with us

The Process
Three Phases to Pipeline Ready
Week 1–2
Discovery & Strategy
We learn your business, audience, and goals. Then we build the strategic foundation your podcast needs to generate pipeline, not just plays.
- 90-minute strategy session
- Audience and goal mapping
- Content calendar creation
- Brand voice documentation
Week 3–4
Production Setup
We build the infrastructure: branding, templates, and workflow systems so every episode comes out consistently polished from day one.
- Custom intro/outro production
- Branding and thumbnail design
- Platform optimization (YouTube, Apple, Spotify)
- Recording workflow setup
Week 5+
Ongoing Production
You record. We handle everything else. Your same dedicated editor turns each episode into a full content machine within 5 business days.
- Record → 5 business day delivery
- SEO clips + vertical clips every episode
- Strategy calls (frequency by tier)
- Monthly performance analytics
Weeks 1–4, Step by Step
Who Does What
Keep scrolling: each step says who does it. Nearly all of them say we.
The first weeks, in order. We join your recording setup. We read what you already have: your books, talks and offers. We research the shows your buyers already watch. We set a realistic goal. We build an opportunities list and a run of show. You record, about an hour per episode. Your first episode is out in 10 business days, then every 5.
Week 5 Onward
One Recording. A Week of Posts.
Something new goes out every day of the week, and each one is shown before it is named.
An example week. Monday: the full episode, the whole conversation to watch or hear. Tuesday: a vertical, a short clip shaped for phones. Wednesday: an SEO clip, a 5 to 10 minute video that answers a search. Thursday: a carousel, an image post you swipe through. Friday to Sunday: more verticals and clips. All from one recording.
The run of show, built for clipping. Five to seven topics, ranked. The best goes first, the second best goes last. Five 60-second hooks at the end. One hour becomes twenty pieces.
A Run of Show Built for Clipping
We plan every episode so the strongest topic opens, the second strongest closes, and each question stands on its own. At the end you answer the five standout points in a minute each. That is where the clips come from.
The platform ladder. Clips are tested on Instagram and TikTok first. What works is promoted to YouTube, the hub, embedded on your own site. The battle-tested pieces go to LinkedIn. Something is live every day.
Test First. Then Promote.
Clips are tried on Instagram and TikTok, the ones that work move up to YouTube, and only the proven pieces reach LinkedIn, where your buyers are. Nothing goes in front of them untested.
In Plain English
What We Make, Explained
No jargon. Each one shows the thing first, then names it. Pick a piece:
What is a vertical? The episode plays wide, like a TV. A phone-shaped window drops onto the speaker and the line becomes “tall, like a phone.” A vertical is a short clip shaped for phones, 60 seconds to 2½ minutes.
